BOE underscores the fact that no one has a clue about the Brexit fallout.

As expected, the MPC left Bank Rates unchanged in yesterday’s policy announcement. The vote was unanimous, as we anticipated. The MPC interprets the recent slowing in business surveys as business delaying major outlays until after the EU referendum. The Committee reiterates its message that the link between data and underlying momentum is harder to interpret owing to Brexit referendum-related uncertainty.
